This archive tracks four layers. A record present in 4 of them (HH, AoI, M41, IND) is silent in the rest, and says so.
The Horus HeresyM30–M31
chaos
Flagship of the Death Guard First Captain
Built on Luna to a one-off design old enough to predate the Great Crusade, and powerful enough that canon puts it in reach of a Gloriana. Typhon commanded it, and it was the ship he talked Mortarion into travelling to Terra aboard — which is how the Legion ended up in the warp trap that made them Nurgle's.
Position: Isstvan System (Isstvan III, Isstvan V) Killed the Raven Guard flagship Shadow of the Emperor over Isstvan V, taking the loyalists' air cover out of the Drop Site Massacre; the Eisenstein ran past its guns leaving the same system Cited in The Flight of the Eisenstein
Position: Sol System (Luna, Mars, Terra, Titan) Carried Mortarion to Terra and led the Plaguefleet through the Siege; one of the ships that destroyed the Imperator Somnium, and badly damaged when it exploded Cited in Mortis
Age of the ImperiumM32–M40
chaos
Plague-bringer
Out of the Eye by M35 and into the Agripinaa System with a plague; the battlegroups sent to stop it did not. In M36 the Mechanicum found its schematics on Barbarus and copied them into the Despoiler class, inheriting a flaw in the warp shields that cost them the whole line.
Position in this era: [RECORD LOST].
The 41st Millenniumpre-Rift
chaos
Flagship of Typhus
One of the oldest hulls anyone can still name, held together by Nurgle rather than by shipwrights, and treated by the Navy as a standing objective rather than a target of opportunity.
Position in this era: [RECORD LOST].
Era Indomituspost-Rift

Flagship of Typhus
[RECORD LOST]
Nothing survives in the archive for Era Indomitus.
Position in this era: [RECORD LOST].
Position
A mobile record: it carries a position timeline rather than a fixed point. The archive places it in 1 of the four eras (HH); each era section above carries that era's entry.

[RECORD LOST] as a coordinate. The Agripinaa plague (M35) and the Barbarus schematics (M36) both fall inside this era layer and both are recorded, but Agripinaa is not a location in this dataset and the Barbarus visit is the Mechanicum's, not the ship's. The era is described and left unplaced

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Terminus_Est [RECORD LOST] — gives the M41 entry as a condition, not a station: 'a part of Nurgle's realm given license to travel the stars'. Nothing to draw

catalogue entry 12, plague-ravaged grand cruiser — the reference tag is this vessel by name. The mesh lane built the family under the name 'plague-carrier' and it serves both this record and the Endurance (entry 15); the two entries differ in the brief by decay pattern and cathedral mass, not by hull family
