This archive tracks four layers. A record present in 4 of them (HH, AoI, M41, IND) is silent in the rest, and says so.
The Horus HeresyM30–M31
chaos
Flagship of Mortarion and the XIV Legion
A Gloriana armed the way the Death Guard fought — phosphex, vortex charges, corrosion clusters — and able to detach a war-barge, the Greenheart, that could fly down and land on a planet by itself. Mortarion left it behind for the run to Terra and it was corrupted along with everything else in the fleet.
Position: Prospero System (Prospero, Sortiarius) Engaged the White Scars above Prospero, per Lexicanum's citation of Scars — a novel links.json drops, because its own published blurb names no world at all

Flagship of the Daemon Primarch
Mortarion took it back after the 13th Black Crusade and led the invasion of Ultramar from it. A piece of Nurgle's Garden now grows inside the hull.
Position: Macragge System (Macragge) Mortarion's flagship for the Plague Wars in the Realm of Ultramar Cited in Dark Imperium
Position
A mobile record: it carries a position timeline rather than a fixed point. The archive places it in 2 of the four eras (HH, IND); each era section above carries that era's entry.

flagship-disputemedium
wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Endurance §Notes records a second source giving the battle-barge Reaper's Scythe as Mortarion's flagship, qualified as 'often'. That is a dispute about which hull he used, not about this hull's existence or its Isstvan record, so no disputed flag is set
position-catallushigh
the Battle of Catallus is recorded and tracked (The Path of Heaven), but Catallus is not a location in this dataset, so no position is drawn for it
