Ordo Malleus citadel, moon of Saturn
A moon of Saturn that houses a citadel of the Inquisition: a vast palace from which the Lord Inquisitors of the Ordo Malleus hold court and where many keep their estates. Its Encaladus Fortress, the Inquisition's primary citadel, holds libraries of forbidden lore on Chaos and incorporates the Admiralty Spire, where Saturn's rulers signed their treaty with the Emperor; the moon is also the base of the Order of the Shattered Glass.

Position
Map frame: 242, 522 in the archive's 0–1000 disk space (core at 500, 500).
Distance from the core: 259 units ≈ 27.6k light years, west of the galactic core.
Height above the disk plane: -1.8 units — invented thin-disk jitter, deterministic per record. No published source gives any location a z coordinate.

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Enceladus_(Moon ) (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-03): 'a moon of Saturn'; infobox Segmentum Solar, Sector Solar, Subsector Sol, System Sol System, Primary Saturn, Affiliation Imperium, Class 'Inquisitorial Fortress'; the citadel and the Lord Inquisitors' court (Grey Knights, ch. 1), 'The primary citadel used by the Inquisition is known as the Encaladus Fortress' and its libraries of forbidden lore (Hammer of Daemons, ch. 1), the Admiralty Spire (Battle for the Abyss, ch. 4), the Order of the Shattered Glass (Warhammer Community, 'Shades of Faith', 8 Jan 2020). https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Saturn repeats the Hammer of Daemons facts at pgs. 17 and 28. Canon spells the fortress Encaladus and the moon Enceladus. NAME-COLLISION CHECK: no index record used the id; systems/sol.json already carries a body 'enceladus' (moon of Saturn, class fortress), which this record now names.
book-joinmedium
MENTIONED for Hammer of Daemons (grey-knights::gk-main::2.6): the Encaladus Fortress and its libraries are described in chapter 1 (Lexicanum Enceladus_(Moon), Saturn, pgs. 17, 28). Whether a scene is set there is not stated by any permitted source, so the join is the weaker tier.
segmentumhigh
Lexicanum Enceladus_(Moon) infobox: Segmentum Solar, Sol System.
classmedium
'fortress', matching the class systems/sol.json already draws for this body. Painted from the look canon gives, a moon given over to a citadel and 'a vast palace' (Lexicanum Enceladus_(Moon)); the 'Inquisitorial Fortress' tag is a role, but here the role and the look agree, and no terrain or colour word suggests any other palette.
gposhigh
derived: a body of the Sol System, so it shares Terra's galactic position (242, 522), as Titan does; the dive into the Sol system is what separates it. Z -1.8 is the zPolicy value (compute-z.mjs enceladus 242 522).
erasmedium
m41 only: every cited scene (Grey Knights, Hammer of Daemons) is 999.M41. The Admiralty Spire treaty is history, not an era state.
