unknown
Named in passing
A world named in the third chapter of Wreck and Ruin, the chapter in which Sister Superior Augusta Santorus's squad turn aside to Lycheate. Canon says nothing else about it: not its place, its people or what it looks like.
Position
Map frame: 62.5, 589.5 in the archive's 0–1000 disk space (core at 500, 500).
Distance from the core: 447 units ≈ 47.5k light years, west of the galactic core.
Height above the disk plane: 5.0 units — invented thin-disk jitter, deterministic per record. No published source gives any location a z coordinate.

identitymedium
wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Planets_(List ) (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-02): 'Lyca', type, segmentum and notes blank, citing Wreck and Ruin (Novella), Chapter Three. Lexicanum has no Lyca article (the page does not exist, checked 2026-10-02), and its full-text search for 'Wreck and Ruin' reaches nothing else about it. Whether it is the unnamed moon of Lycheate the novella is fought on (Augusta_Santorus §Lycheate, chs 3-4) is NOT asserted: the list files it as a planet and nothing links the two. NAME-COLLISION CHECK: no index record uses the name.
segmentumhigh
null: no permitted source gives a segmentum, sector or system.
gposlow
inferred: the world is NAMED but canon never locates it, so the record claims no segmentum and sits on the unsurveyed rim at the generator's rim_xy('lyca') = [62.5, 589.5] (the function in build_locations.py evaluated on its own, which reproduces lautis [884.5, 707.5] and lycheate [812.9, 822.7]; the script itself was not run). The position carries no information and must not be read as one. Z 5 is the zPolicy value (compute-z.mjs lyca 62.5 589.5).
classlow
'temperate' as a neutral default: no permitted source says anything about what Lyca looks like, so nothing is painted on it, as for misbah and yulzond-cross.
eraslow
indomitus only, the era of the one book that names it (Wreck and Ruin, filed M42 — Post-Great Rift; Lexicanum's List of Media set during the Era Indomitus). Allegiance 'unknown': no source gives one.
systemIdlow
editorial: 'lyca', the world's own name. No survey is authored: the world is only mentioned.
