Explorator ship of Ductrix Talin Sherax
Talin Sherax's command, carrying her search for a relic that could restore Gryphonne IV from the diaspora fleet at Tolkhan out into the unknown. What becomes of her is kept off this record because it would spoil the book.

Position: Ikaneos System (Ikaneos-Alpha) Carries Sherax's expedition to the quarantined Ikaneos system Cited in Dominion Genesis

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Peregrinus (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-01): 'a Magellenic Class Explorator of the Adeptus Mechanicus. Talin Sherax of Gryphonne IV is the ship's Ductrix and Explorator Superior', citing Dominion Genesis (Novel), Gryphonne IV ch. 1 and Ikaneos ch. 2; https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Explorator_Fleet lists 'Peregrinus - Former member of Fleet Rhi-Alpha-2. Aided in the Evacuation of Gryphonne IV'. NAME-COLLISION CHECK: Lexicanum's Peregrinus is this ship only, and no index record uses the name.
positionsmedium
m41 at gryphonne: built in the void-yards above Gryphonne IV and in low orbit for 3.62 minutes during the evacuation (Lexicanum Peregrinus, Gryphonne IV ch. 3). indomitus at tolkhan: Sherax returns to the diaspora fleet at Tolkhan, and Yuel and Lyterix join her aboard the Peregrinus (Lexicanum Jeremet_Lyterix, Tolkhan ch. 5). indomitus at ikaneos: the expedition to Ikaneos-A, where 'the Tech-Priest and her ship' are left in disarray (Lexicanum Ikaneos-Alpha). Her anchorage off Misery's Daughter in the Vresta System (Lexicanum Peregrinus, Misery's Daughter ch. 2) is not docked, because the index has no Vresta record.
archetypemedium
none set, as for the Maestrale: no permitted source gives a Magellanic Class Explorator's size against the schematic archetypes.
erashigh
Allegiance 'imperium' for an Adeptus Mechanicus Explorator in both eras. Crew and history from Lexicanum Peregrinus and Explorator_Fleet. Her damage and the end of the voyage (Lexicanum Idranvel, Dominion Genesis chs 9-10) are spoilers and kept off the record.
