Iron Warriors flagship
The flagship of an Iron Warriors battle group under Warsmith Idriss Krendl, in the war for the lost forge world Velchanos Magna. Not to be confused with Forgebreaker the hammer, Ferrus Manus' weapon that Perturabo carried after the Heresy. What she does there is kept off this record because it would spoil the book.
A mobile record: it carries a position timeline rather than a fixed point. The archive places it in 1 of the four eras (M41); each era section above carries that era's entry.

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Adeptus_Mechanicus:_Skitarius_(Novel ) (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-01): Lexicanum's plot summary, 'an Iron Warriors battle group under the command of Idriss Krendl and his Obliteratii arrive. The Iron Warriors flagship, Forgebreaker, ...'. NAME-COLLISION CHECK: https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Forgebreaker (read 2026-10-01) is the HAMMER forged by Fulgrim, later Perturabo's 'Forgebreaker Desecrated'; it does not mention a ship or this novel. The ship's name plainly echoes the Iron Warriors' relic, but no source says more, so nothing is asserted. No other index record uses the name.
positionsmedium
derived: the plot summary has the battle group arrive while Stroika's forces are on the cusp of recovering Velchanos Magna, so she is docked at velchanos-magna for m41.
classlow
no archetype is set: the plot summary calls her the Iron Warriors' flagship and gives no class or tonnage.
erashigh
Allegiance 'chaos': an Iron Warriors (Traitor Legion) vessel. What she does at Velchanos Magna (Lexicanum plot summary) is a spoiler and is kept off the record.
