wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Forge_Hammer Lexicanum (read directly in a browser, 2026-10-05): 'The Forge Hammer is a Nova Frigate of the Salamanders Chapter. It was sent to the Hive World of Sturndrang as part of a force of led by Captain Agatone searching for the missing Salamander Tsu'gan. The ship contains a sanctum for Librarians on board', sole source Salamanders: Rebirth (Novel); Lexicanum Known_Vessels_of_the_Salamanders lists it (Frigate, Nova, Post-Heresy) citing the same novel. NAME-COLLISION CHECK: Lexicanum's page opens 'for the Strike Cruiser, see Forgehammer', a different, M35 vessel; neither is in the index, and this record is the frigate only.
