Adeptus Mechanicus archeohort, Magos Zellik's salvage ship, taken by the Blood Angels
An archeohort, an Adeptus Mechanicus salvage and research ship as large as a city-sprawl that hunts Dark Age technology: an egg-shaped core ringed by kilometre-long derricks, harpoons to reel ships in, gun pods on rails and shifting armour plates, its interior constantly reconfiguring. In late M41 Magos Matthun Zellik, who had dealt with Fabius Bile, keeps his relic collection aboard until Rafen and Noxx storm the ship and force his surrender; she is then sacrificed over Dynikas V to put the strike force down.
Position: Dynikas System (Dynikas V) Magos Matthun Zellik's Adeptus Mechanicus salvage ship, surrendered to the Blood Angels and sacrificed over Dynikas V Cited in Black Tide

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Archeohort (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-02): 'a type of spaceship used by the Adeptus Mechanicus'; 'One was used by Magos Zellik (Black Tide ch. 3) before being surrendered to Blood Angel control (ch. 4). It was subsequently destroyed over Dynikas V (ch. 6)'; the description (city-sprawl size, egg-shaped core, kilometre-long derricks, harpoons, gun pods on rails, mobile armour plates, reconfiguring interior, pyramid bridge), Black Tide chs. 3-5 and the Second Omnibus's Appendix Angelus pg. 639. https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Rafen (ch. 4): 'The battle against Zellik took place on board the Archeohort, an ancient and unusual excavation ship manned by servitors and members of the skitarii'; Zellik's trophy room; the plasma gun of Aryon. LABEL: the novel's ship is called by its type, so the record is labelled 'Zellik's Archeohort' to keep it from reading as the whole class. NAME-COLLISION CHECK: no index record uses the id or label.

m41, the Dynikas system: destroyed over Dynikas V (Lexicanum Archeohort, ch. 6); 'Sacrificing the Archeohort, Rafen, Noxx and their men descended on Dynikas V' (Rafen, ch. 5). Where the boarding battle happened is not named, so only the last position is drawn.
classhigh
archeohort, a Mechanicus salvage ship, per Lexicanum Archeohort. No archetype beyond the generic ship schematic is set.
erasmedium
m41 only, the novel's era. Allegiance 'imperium' (Adeptus Mechanicus; Zellik's dealings with Bile do not make the ship a Chaos vessel, and the Blood Angels take her over).
