Aeldari Maiden World, raided by the Drukhari
An Aeldari Maiden World. In the prologue of Mike Brooks's Da Big Dakka, Archon Dhaemira Thraex invites Zothar Oridraed of the Kabal of the Wounding Wind to carry out a realspace raid on Shau-Har against a force of Orks there; the Orks then turn up in Commorragh, apparently having followed the Wounding Wind home through the webway. Canon gives the world no location, description or system.
Position
Map frame: 315, 109.9 in the archive's 0–1000 disk space (core at 500, 500).
Distance from the core: 432 units ≈ 45.9k light years, north-west of the galactic core.
Height above the disk plane: -10.3 units — invented thin-disk jitter, deterministic per record. No published source gives any location a z coordinate.
System: Shau Har System

identityhigh
wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Dhaemira_Thraex (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-05): she invites Oridraed 'to carry out a realspace raid on the Maiden World of Shau-Har and attack a force of Arakhia' (Da Big Dakka, Prologue, pgs. 11-13), and the Arakhia then enter the city 'apparently following the Wounded Wind home' (Chapter Three). Lexicanum Kabal_of_the_Wounding_Wind: Thraex 'used the Wounding Wind to lure Orks under Ufthak Blackhawk into Commorragh' (Chapter Six). Lexicanum has NO Shau-Har article ('There is currently no text in this page', 2026-10-05). NAME-COLLISION CHECK: no index record uses the id or label.
segmentumhigh
null: no permitted page names a segmentum, sector or neighbour for Shau-Har. Lexicanum Aeldari places the Exodites' Maiden Worlds 'on the far edges of the galaxy', which is a generalisation about the kind of world, not a location for this one.
gposlow
inferred: the world is NAMED but canon never locates it, so the record claims no segmentum and sits on the unsurveyed rim at the generator's rim_xy('shau-har') = [315.0, 109.9] (the function in warhammer-3d-map/app/tools/build_locations.py evaluated on its own, which reproduces hephaesto [272.9, 116.0], uzurmandius [62.2, 482.3] and pallevon [308.5, 908.7]; the script itself was not run). The position carries no information and must not be read as a bearing; its nearness to hephaesto on the rim is an artefact of the hash. Z -10.3 is the zPolicy value (compute-z.mjs shau-har 315.0 109.9). UPGRADE CANDIDATE.
classmedium
'feral' (the unspoiled, oceanic blue-green palette), painted from what a Maiden World is said to LOOK like: Lexicanum Aeldari 'verdant Maiden Worlds', Lexicanum Exodite 'Maiden Worlds that, while verdant, were not necessarily idyllic paradises'. No page describes Shau-Har itself, so this is the kind of world, not this world: medium at best. 'temperate' and 'agri' were refused (a settled human world and farmland); 'death' (green jungle) was refused because nothing says it is hostile.
erasmedium
indomitus only: the raid is in the prologue of Da Big Dakka, and Lexicanum Dhaemira_Thraex dates the invasion of Commorragh to M42. Allegiance 'contested': an Aeldari Maiden World with an Ork force on it, raided by Drukhari; who holds it is not stated.
systemIdmedium
editorial: 'shau-har', the world's own name; no permitted page names a system.
no-system-surveyhigh
No systems/shau-har.json: canon names no star, moon, sibling world or body count (Lexicanum has no article), so ADDING-A-BOOK Step 5b's 'when NOT to author a survey' applies (the hephaesto and khorsari-reach precedents). The map synthesises the system from this record. Shau-Har is MENTIONED, not the book's primary setting.
