Inquisition substation and Deathwatch watch fortress
An Ordo Xenos substation near the Eye of Terror, beside the Deathwatch watch fortress of the same name, where the Grey Knights also berth ships. Hidden in its substructure is a wraithbone chamber, made by Eldrad Ulthran when the station was built, through which the Inquisitors who keep the Coven of Isha speak to Craftworld Ulthwé (Warrior Coven).
Position
Map frame: 214, 300 in the archive's 0–1000 disk space (core at 500, 500).
Distance from the core: 349 units ≈ 37.1k light years, north-west of the galactic core.
Height above the disk plane: 6.8 units — invented thin-disk jitter, deterministic per record. No published source gives any location a z coordinate.
System: Ramugan System

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Coven_of_Isha (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-03) (Ramugan_Station redirects there): 'a secret pact of aid between the Ordo Xenos of Ramugan Station and Craftworld Ulthwé'; the hidden wraithbone chamber 'supplied by Eldrad Ulthran at the time of the station's construction'; the hidden Librarium (Warrior Coven ch. 2). https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Watch_Fortress: 'Ramugan — Close to the Inquisition substation also called Ramugan. Both are located near the Eye of Terror' (ch. 2, pg. 194). https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Titanicus_Rex: the Grey Knights frigate 'currently berthed at the Inquisition substation Ramugan' (ch. 9). One record for the substation and its namesake watch fortress, since no source separates them in space. NAME-COLLISION CHECK: no index record uses the id, label or alias.
book-joinmedium
VISITED for Warrior Coven: the Coven of Isha is invoked from here, the kill-team gathers here (Lexicanum Watch_Fortress, ch. 2 pg. 194; Trontium_VI, ch. 2: Ashok 'recalled to the Deathwatch'), and the Grey Knights subplot starts from its berths (Titanicus_Rex, ch. 9).
segmentummedium
obscurus: Lexicanum Watch_Fortress places Ramugan 'near the Eye of Terror', and the Eye lies in Segmentum Obscurus (regions.json eye-of-terror, citing Lexicanum Eye_of_Terror). Inferred from that nearness, not stated.
gposlow
inferred: region-level. The only geography published is 'near the Eye of Terror'. Placed just outside our Eye of Terror feature (centre 180,300, radius 29) at (214, 300), 34 units from its centre on the Imperium side; no sector or bearing is published, so the coordinate claims nothing finer than 'near the Eye'. Z 6.8 is the zPolicy value (compute-z.mjs ramugan-station 214 300).
typehigh
station: Lexicanum calls it an 'Inquisition substation', and its watch-fortress namesake is a Deathwatch station.
erasmedium
indomitus only, the era the shelf files Warrior Coven in; no source read dates the station. Allegiance imperium.
systemIdlow
'ramugan', named for the station: no source names its star or system. No survey file; the synthesised system is the render.
