drukhari
Dark Eldar arena world in the Eye of Terror
A sunless world inside the Eye of Terror, held against the Warp by a pocket of temporal and psychic protection. The Archon Sussarkh sharpened its mountains and filled its sky with oil-black cloud like Commorragh's; Lelith Hesperax killed him on its highest volcanic peak, named the world after herself and built an arena into that volcano, where Wych Cults and Kabals come to train.

drukhari
Dark Eldar arena world in the Eye of Terror
Lelith Hesperax's world, from which her raiders strike Craftworld Ulthwé. A Deathwatch kill-team and its Eldar allies follow them there (Warrior Coven).
Position
Map frame: 160, 306 in the archive's 0–1000 disk space (core at 500, 500).
Distance from the core: 391 units ≈ 41.7k light years, north-west of the galactic core.
Height above the disk plane: -9.7 units — invented thin-disk jitter, deterministic per record. No published source gives any location a z coordinate.
System: Hesperax System

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Hesperax (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-03): 'a former Dark Eldar world in the Eye of Terror. Never touched by sunlight, the ever present dark clouds bathe Hesperax in cold darkness' (Warrior Coven ch. 4, pgs. 220-226); Sussarkh's world, renamed by Lelith Hesperax; the arena in the volcano. Corroborated by https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Lelith_Hesperax (ch. 4: 'oil-clouded World which he had carved from within the Eye of Terror, hidden among the Warp Storm by a pocket of temporal magic and by psychic means') and https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Sussarkh (ch. 4: 'sharpening its mountain peaks and transforming its atmosphere into oil-clouded skies akin to those of Commorragh'). NAME-COLLISION CHECK: Lexicanum disambiguates the planet from the Succubus Lelith Hesperax; no index record uses the id or label.
book-joinhigh
PRIMARY for Warrior Coven (deathwatch::dw-goto::2): its history is chapter 4, and the kill-team's landing, the arena and what lies beneath it run from chapter 8 to chapter 12 (Lexicanum Hesperax, chs 4, 9-12; Lance_of_Darkness, ch. 8 pg. 317).
segmentumhigh
Lexicanum Hesperax infobox: Segmentum 'Segmentum Obscurus', Sector 'Eye of Terror'; categories Eye of Terror, Segmentum Obscurus.
classmedium
'dead', chosen by what it LOOKS like, NOT the infobox: Lexicanum's Class field reads 'Destroyed', which is the world's state after the novel (kept to the spoiler), not the world the book is set on. The description is a sunless rock in 'cold darkness' under 'ever present dark clouds', sharpened mountain peaks and a volcanic peak (Hesperax; Sussarkh). The dead palette (near-black greys, no cloud, no sea colour) is the nearest paint for a lightless mountain world; daemon (crimson warp-glow) is wrong because the world is held OUT of the Warp, and no terrain or colour word supports any living palette.
gposlow
inferred: region-level. Canon places the world only in the Eye of Terror (Lexicanum Hesperax infobox Sector), with no position inside it. Placed inside our Eye of Terror feature (regions.json centre 180,300, radius 29) at (160, 306), 21 units from its centre, clear of Iydris and Medrengard; the coordinate claims nothing finer than 'somewhere in the Eye'. Z -9.7 is the zPolicy value (compute-z.mjs hesperax 160 306).
no-system-surveymedium
No systems/hesperax.json, deliberately: canon enumerates nothing about the system. Lexicanum names no star (the world is 'never touched by sunlight'), no sibling body and no body count, so an authored survey would invent all of it; the map's synthesised system is the honest render. systemId 'hesperax' names the world's own system, as for Medrengard.
erasmedium
m41 for the centuries of Lelith's rule before the novel (Lexicanum Hesperax, Lelith_Hesperax: 'over the course of centuries'); indomitus because the shelf files Warrior Coven there. Era statuses and summaries stop before the novel's end: what becomes of the world is kept to the spoiler. Allegiance 'drukhari'.
