imperium
Imperial jungle world; House Belisarius promethium holdings under Space Wolves protection
A hostile jungle world rich in naturally occurring promethium, where the Navigator House Belisarius has invested heavily in extracting the fuel. Its jungles grow so fast they must be burnt or cut back to keep them out of the settlements, and its native Reptos are counted a nuisance. It lies under the protection of the Space Wolves, and in Sons of Fenris both the Wolves and the Dark Angels come to it.

Position
Map frame: 326, 408 in the archive's 0–1000 disk space (core at 500, 500).
Distance from the core: 197 units ≈ 20.9k light years, north-west of the galactic core.
Height above the disk plane: -1.8 units — invented thin-disk jitter, deterministic per record. No published source gives any location a z coordinate.

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Hyades (read 2026-10-12 with fetch-page.mjs, citing Sons of Fenris (Novel), Chapters 2-3, 6, 9, 12): 'Hyades is an Imperial Jungle World'; infobox Affiliation 'Imperium, House Belisarius', Class 'Jungle World'. A planet. NAME-COLLISION CHECK: the page's own hatnote separates it from Deep Hyades-VI ('the Other World'); no index record uses the id, label or an alias.
book-joinhigh
PRIMARY for Sons of Fenris: Lexicanum Hyades (the PDF under Cadmus, Chapter 6; the battle between the Dark Angels and the Space Wolves, Chapter 12; the Reptos temple, Chapter 9), Ragnar_Blackmane ('While accompanying Gabriela on an inspection tour of their holdings on Hyades', Chapter 15) and the novel page's cover description ('a Chaos incursion on Hyades').
segmentumhigh
null, stated rather than guessed: the Lexicanum infobox leaves Segmentum, Sector, Subsector and System blank and files the page under 'Segmentum Unknown'. Its position beside Fenris (Obscurus) asserts proximity only, not segmentum membership.
classmedium
'death' — this dataset's green-jungle palette — from the page's terrain words: 'a Jungle World', 'The jungles also grow at an exceptional rate, requiring that they be burnt or cut back at all times', 'large predators'. Not taken from a hostility tag: the same page says 'Hyades is not considered a Death World by the Administratum'; the palette is chosen for what the world looks like. Renderer caveat: the dossier prints the class as 'death world' (class + ' world'); this record's status and summary say jungle world, and the label is a follow-up for the renderer, not a claim.
gposlow
inferred: no position is published. Lexicanum Hyades, Location: 'The exact location of Hyades is unknown, however it is under the protection of the Space Wolves, and so relatively close to Fenris.' Placed 15.6 units from fenris ([338, 398]) so that the one relation canon gives is what the marker shows; not rim_xy('hyades'), which would put a world called close to Fenris on the far edge of the galaxy. Z -1.8 is the zPolicy value (compute-z.mjs hyades 326 408).
erasmedium
m41 only, with the novel. Allegiance imperium (infobox Affiliation). No later state is published on a permitted page.
systemIdlow
'hyades', named for the world because no system is published.
no-system-surveyhigh
No systems/hyades.json: canon names no star, sibling body or body count for Hyades (Lexicanum Hyades, read 2026-10-12). The map synthesises its globe from this record.
