Blood Drinkers Chapter homeworld
The homeworld of the Blood Drinkers, a Successor Chapter of the Blood Angels: a volcanic world under two suns, as warm as blood, criss-crossed with lava rivers and so prone to earthquakes and eruptions that its surface is remade every ten thousand years; the beaked, winged Astrogai haunt its mountain crags. Named as the Blood Drinkers' home in Red Fury, whose Chapter (under its Master Orloc) attends Dante's conclave on Baal, and the world of the Chapter's founding legend of Brother-Saint Holos on Mount Calicium, recalled in Death of Integrity. Neither book is set on its surface.

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/San_Guisaga (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-02): homeworld of the Blood Drinkers Chapter, Affiliation Imperium (Blood Drinkers), Class 'Adeptus Astartes Homeworld', Tithe Grade Aptus Non (Red Fury, Chapter Seven); two suns Krov A (red) and Krov B (a white dwarf), a moon Haemos, Mount Calicium (Death of Integrity, chs. 14, 16, 18). https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Blood_Drinkers: Homeworld San Guisaga, Chapter Master Orloc (Red Fury, Chapter Seven). NAME-COLLISION CHECK: Lexicanum full-text search for 'Guisaga' returns 7 pages, all about this one world (Blood Drinkers, Founding, Adeptus Astartes Homeworld, Planets (List), Blood Calm, Kroff Tezla); no index record uses the id or label.
book-joinmedium
MENTIONED for Red Fury (blood-angels::ba-rafen::3): Lexicanum San_Guisaga and Blood_Drinkers both cite Red Fury, Chapter Seven, for the world as the Blood Drinkers' homeworld, in the chapter where the Successor Chapters' Masters gather at Dante's conclave on Baal (Lexicanum Blood_Drinkers: Orloc, ch. 7; Angels_Sanguine, ch. 7). No scene is set there. MENTIONED for Death of Integrity (space-marine-battles::smb-main::14): Lexicanum San_Guisaga cites it (chs. 14, 16, 18) for the world's description, the Astrogai and the Mount Calicium legend; that novel is set aboard a space hulk, so the world is recalled, not visited.
segmentumhigh
wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/San_Guisaga infobox: Segmentum, Sector, Subsector and System all 'Unknown'; category 'Segmentum Unknown'. No segmentum is claimed.
classmedium
FORGE, medium. Painted from the page's own description, not a tag: 'a volcanic world criss-crossed with lava rivers', 'prone to earthquakes and volcanic eruptions - so much so that the surface is remade every ten thousand years', 'as warm as blood' (Lexicanum San_Guisaga, Death of Integrity ch. 14). This dataset draws a volcanic, lava-veined world with the forge palette, as it does Nocturne (re-classed from death to forge on 2026-09-01 for the same description). 'death' (the green-jungle palette) and 'desert' were refused: nothing describes jungle or sand, and 'Adeptus Astartes Homeworld' is a category.
gposlow
inferred: Lexicanum's San_Guisaga infobox has Segmentum, Sector, Subsector and System ALL 'Unknown', and no page read names a neighbour, bearing, sector or theatre for it. There is nothing to place it against, so the record claims no segmentum and sits on the unsurveyed rim at the generator's rim_xy('san-guisaga') = (678.8, 88.1), reproduced from build_locations.py's own fnv1a/CORE (checked against Sabien's and Nurth's stored points; the generator was not run). The position carries no information and must not be read as one. Z 1.9 is the zPolicy value (compute-z.mjs san-guisaga 678.8 88.1).
erashigh
m41 only: Red Fury (the conclave after the Arkio Insurrection, ~900s.M41) and Death of Integrity are both filed M41 before the Great Rift. Allegiance 'imperium' (a Chapter homeworld; Lexicanum Affiliation Imperium). No source read says anything of San Guisaga in hh, aoi or indomitus.
systemIdlow
san-guisaga — editorial: Lexicanum's System field is 'Unknown'. The page names the binary stars Krov A and Krov B and the moon Haemos (Death of Integrity), but no system name, so the record names its own synthesised system, as other unenumerated worlds in this index do (Cybele, Shenlong).
no-system-surveyhigh
No systems/san-guisaga.json: the world is only MENTIONED in both of its books, never a primary setting, so Step 5b's reason to author a survey does not arise. Reopen if a shelved book is set on San Guisaga: canon then gives two named stars (Krov A red, Krov B a white dwarf) and the moon Haemos to seed it with.
