Administratum world under Chaos invasion
An Imperial Administratum World whose regimented skyline of hab-blocks and endless dormitories is broken by cathedrals and churches. It is rumoured to hide a holy text, and the forces of Chaos invaded to claim it. Astra Militarum regiments, the 16th Gavera among them, have held its capital in a grinding stalemate for almost a year when a strike force of the Order of Our Martyred Lady arrives with the Triumph of Saint Katherine.

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Kiros (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-01), citing The Triumph of Saint Katherine (Novel), chapters 'Monster' and 'The Triumph of Saint Katherine': 'an invaded Imperial Administratum World'. Black Library's blurb on https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/The_Triumph_of_Saint_Katherine_(Novel) (archived, read directly in a browser on 2026-10-01) names 'the beleaguered world of Kiros' as the book's battlefield. NAME-COLLISION CHECK: Lexicanum has one Kiros article and no disambiguation page, and no other index record uses the name.
classmedium
wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Kiros (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-01): 'whose regulated skyline of hab-blocks and endless dormitories is broken up by cathedrals and churches'; https://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Administratum_World adds 'hab-blocks and endless, featureless dormitories of cubicles and tiny offices', citing this novel. The terrain words are a built-over cityscape, so it is `hive`, the palette drawn as a city-covered world. The infobox tags 'War World' and 'Administratum World' are categories, not appearances, so they were not used.
segmentumhigh
wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Kiros (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-01): the infobox Segmentum, Sector, Subsector and System fields are all blank and the page is in Lexicanum's 'Segmentum Unknown' category. So `segmentum` is null.
gposlow
inferred: no published geography that places it. Lexicanum's infobox gives no segmentum, sector, subsector or system and files the page under 'Segmentum Unknown', and no neighbour with a position is named. The position comes from the generator's rim_xy('kiros') on the unsurveyed rim (r = 430..455, outside every stylised segmentum polygon), so no membership is implied. The coordinate carries no information. Z from compute-z.mjs under zPolicy.
erasmedium
wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Order_of_Our_Martyred_Lady Only `indomitus` is carried. On (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-01) the Order's battle list places 'The battle of Kiros' (citing the novel's Prologue) after the Nachmund Rift War and before the Arks of Omen campaign. Allegiance is 'contested' for the invasion the book is about. Lexicanum also states the outcome, which is kept off this record because it would spoil the book.
no-system-surveyhigh
No `systems/kiros.json` is authored, on purpose. Canon names no star, no sibling body and no body count for this system, so a survey would be invented. The synthesised one-world system stands. Revisit if a permitted source describes the system.
