Held by the Death Guard; lost to the Imperium for over a decade

A reach of worlds out past Ultramar's frontier, and the whole setting of Master of Rites. Warhammer Community: 'The Khorsari Reach has been lost to the Imperium for over a decade, its worlds claimed by the pestilent legions of the Death Guard' and its people 'slaughtered by the servants of Nurgle'. So near the Great Rift that Chaos forces there surge with power, it is described as having become part of the Plague God's domain, and Ferren Areios takes the Ultramarines Sixth Company into it to break Nurgle's grip on what the publisher calls Ultramar's rightful worlds. Not one of those worlds is named anywhere permitted, which is why this record stands for the Reach as a group rather than for a planet.
