necron
Necron crownworld in revolt
A dead, dry Necron crownworld in the Ghoul Stars, home to billions and called a barren rock: a thin, freezing atmosphere of nitrogen and argon, endless sandstorms over glassy dunes, great triangular outcrops of black stone and a deep crimson sky. Its dynasty is in rebellion, and Imotekh the Stormlord sends Nemesors Zahndrekh and Setekh to put it down; what lies in the darkness beneath its surface is the novella's mystery (Severed).

Position
Map frame: 800, 205 in the archive's 0–1000 disk space (core at 500, 500).
Distance from the core: 421 units ≈ 44.8k light years, north-east of the galactic core.
Height above the disk plane: 5.2 units — invented thin-disk jitter, deterministic per record. No published source gives any location a z coordinate.

identityhigh
wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Doahht (read directly in a browser on 2026-10-05): 'a Necron Crown World located in the Ghoul Stars'; infobox Segmentum: Ghoul Stars, Population: Billions, Affiliation: Necrons (Unknown Dynasty), Class: Crown World; 'Nemesors Zahndrekh and Setekh were ordered by Imotekh the Stormlord to deal with the mindless dynasty in Doahht' (all cited to Severed (Novella), chs. 2, 4, 7, 9). Black Library's own description (blacklibrary.com/warhammer-40000/novels/severed-ebook-2019.html, via its Internet Archive copy of 14 Dec 2019): 'they head for Doahht, a world which harbours both horror and hope in equal measure'. NAME-COLLISION CHECK: no index record uses the id or label, and Lexicanum has no disambiguation for the name.
book-joinhigh
PRIMARY for Severed: the mission's destination and, per Lexicanum Setekh_(Nemesor) (ch. 9), the scene of the fight in Doahht's core; Lexicanum Doahht cites chapters 2, 4, 7 and 9.
segmentummedium
wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Ghoul_Stars ultima: Lexicanum's infobox gives the region, not a segmentum ('Segmentum: Ghoul Stars'); places the region 'in the northern part of the Ultima Segmentum' and 'in the extreme northeast of the galaxy', and regions.json's own Ghoul Stars note says 'within the outer reach of Ultima Segmentum'.
classmedium
'desert', a palette choice and not the infobox (Class: Crown World, which is a Necron rank, not a look): Lexicanum Doahht's own look words are 'a barren rock', 'endless sandstorms shift its glassy dunes', 'great triangular outcrops of black stone', 'the dead and dry crownworld' under 'a deep crimson sky' (ch. 4). Dune fields are what the desert ramp draws. Refused: 'dead', the airless cratered ramp, because the world has an atmosphere and sandstorms; Lexicanum itself notes it 'might classify it also as a Dead World' but that its official classification is unknown.
gposlow
inferred: region-level. Canon publishes only 'located in the Ghoul Stars' (Severed ch. 2). Placed at (800, 205) beneath the regions.json Ghoul Stars label at (812, 170), inside the stylised 'ultima' polygon (38.6 units in from its edge, checked), 420.7 units from the core, inside the disk and clear of the 430-455 unsurveyed-rim band; 25 units north-east of Occludus (785, 225), which 'overlooks' the Ghoul Stars. The nearest marker is Aerius at 17.9 units. Z 5.2 is the zPolicy value (compute-z.mjs doahht 800 205).
eraslow
m41 only. No permitted source dates Severed; it must fall after 781.M41, when Imotekh took the throne of the Sautekh Dynasty (Lexicanum Imotekh_the_Stormlord, citing Codex: Necrons 5th ed. p. 24), since it is he who gives the order, and nothing in the description or the chapter-one extract mentions the Great Rift. Filed m41 with the catalogue record; an indomitus entry would need a source.
systemIdlow
'doahht', named for the world: no source names its star or a sibling body. Survey systems/doahht.json authored because it is a catalogued book's PRIMARY setting: one world, TRUNCATED.
