Almost wholly encircled by the warp rift called the Annihilus since the Great Rift opened, and isolated from the Imperium for twenty years local time while the Flesh Tearers bled in the Devastation of Baal. Its silence brings Gabriel Seth to send the Fourth Company home under Chaplain Dumah and Apothecary Barachiel to learn what has become of it (Wrath of the Lost).
